Honoring A Slow Re-Emergence
I hope you had a lovely time over the holidays and I definitely hope you took some spaciousness to be in the "dark" and then to celebrate the "light". Maybe you took some time to vision and dream, but perhaps not create a whole bunch of new to-do's and goals just yet. Wherever you are is just where you are supposed to be and all is well.
I for one am still in the surrendering, receiving, and visioning space. In fact, surrendering to the mystery was a requirement these last few weeks. Even my "plan" to spend time visioning was torn asunder, the rug pulled out from under me, because my mom had a health crisis right before the Solstice and we are caring for her in our home. This is when the synchronicities between intuition and real-life begin to converge. My intuition was telling me this may be a year of the "unplanned plan" which I do every few years. And I am glad I already surrendered to that, because these last few weeks have been an initiation and a letting go on so many levels. And yet, I am receiving visions, wisdom, and ideas...although they did not come "when" I planned or in the beautiful sacred space and retreat I had planned. But they are coming in the every day caring for my loved ones, in the mundane moments, during the needed naps I was able to take while I had the support of my husband, son, and aunt who flew out to help me. What that means is we don't NEED the visioning time or even to create a vision board in order to receive visions and wisdom, but we do need to open up to receiving it, (and listening) even in the most difficult times. And I will ultimately create some piece of art that captures my visions, but there is no reason it needs to happen now. And that is true for all of us.
What if anything have you had to surrender to in these last few weeks? Where have you opened yourself up to just receive and not DO anything with what you are receiving? At least not yet.
Along with the surrendering and receiving is an awareness of where I need support whether that be from others, from my Guides, in my physical, spiritual and emotional realms, as well as, business support. This is something I will talk about more deeply next week, but as you are visioning and setting goals my council to you is to look at where you need support and in what form....or whose magic you may need that may not be one of your Divine gifts, or where you don't want to spend your life force energy and is better suited for someone to support you with. And the big part of receiving, is to be willing to receive (and ask for) that support and how easy or difficult that is for you.
So, wherever you are in your process remember there is no reason to go like gang busters just because it is January, a slow and gentle re-emergence is what is feeling aligned for me, and maybe perhaps for you if you allow it to be so. I know that re-emerging and reconnecting with you all here, in my FB group and with the Wise Women I connect with has been like balm for my soul after a rough few weeks, but I am glad it is moving slowly.
I am mostly definitely dreaming up some goodies for my community don't get me wrong and I will be sharing those in a separate newsletter once per month or so.
